1. Orders

What is your return policy?

We do not offer returns as our items are mainly Made to Order. Please carefully review all sizing and measurement tables prior to purchasing. If you receive a defective item please contact us with photos of the item in its original packaging and we will ensure you receive a replacement.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Due to the made to order nature of our products, we do not accept order cancellations or modifications.

Do you have a physical store?

Currently, we do not have a physical store, however we do participate in Festivals and Pop Ups from time to time! Follow us on Social for the latest news.

We have a size chart available for each product to help you find the best fit. Please refer to the size chart on the product page for more information.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Customs

We mark all packages as purchases, you may or may not be customs duties if you are shipping internationally.

What currency are your prices in?

We charge in USD Dollars.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we take the security of our customers' payment information seriously. All transactions are processed securely and we use industry-standard encryption technology to protect your information.

4. Shipping Questions

How long does shipping take and what is the cost?

As we carry multiple vendors, production, processing and shipping times will differ, depending on the product. Please refer to the individual product for up to date shipping information.

Where do you Ship?

Currently we are only able to offer International Shipping on Made to Order DiscoBabe Brand items. Our remaining products are available exclusively to our US customers.

General Processing & Shipping Times (US Only)

Processing times for these products ranges from 4-7 business days and 5-10 business days for shipping. Processing and shipping times do not include weekends. In some cases processing times may be longer, please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your item from the date you placed the order. Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery for International Orders. Expedited shipping available on most products.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes. Please make sure to provide your complete and accurate shipping address to avoid any delays in delivery. Please note return policies apply from the date the tracking number is marked as delivered to a PO Box address even if the package has not yet been physically picked up by the recipient.
